Current Projects
Our Current Projects help connect our community with vital resources and compassionate support for lasting recovery.
-
Peer Recovery Support line
We are currently offering a peer-to-peer recovery support line staffed by Certified Peer Support Specialists; for non-emergency connection to someone with lived experience with substance use and recovery. Our toll-free number is offered in conjunction with Missoula United Way’s “Dose of Hope Program,” which has placed free naloxone vending machines in Missoula. Our toll-free number is posted on the side of every machine, as well as resource guides in the Missoula community.
-
Emergency Room Response
Currently offering Peer Support Response in the ER at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula. Patients who come into the ER with opioids on board or struggling with Opioid use can engage with one of our Peer Support Specialist at the ER, and continue to utilize our services after they leave the ER to get connected to treatment providers, connect to community resources, engage in ongoing peer support, and connect to other recovery services in the community.
